Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1cup sugar
2 cups of water
6 apples
2 cinnamon quills
8 cloves
250g Emu Bottom ANZAC Biscuits with Wattleseed, crushed into biscuit crumbs

Method:

Dissolve the sugar in water over the stove. Whilst it is dissolving, peel and core 6 apples.

cloves and cinnamon. Simmer until apples have softened and become tender.
Spoon apples evenly into 4 serving dishes (or large round teacups/mugs) with a slotted
spoon to drain off the syrup. Make sure you remove the cinnamon quills and any cloves.
Sprinkle generously a layer of ANZAC biscuits with Wattleseed over the top and place in
200c oven for approcimately 10-15 minutes or until your ANZAC biscuit crumble has
browned and is hot all the way through. Serve warm with icecream
